Siyathokoza Community Trust applies integrated community empowerment and development approaches to transforming the lives of the trustees and their beneficiaries. Our success is based on being part of the community with in-depth needs and challenges of our members which gives us a competitive advantage in coming up with customized and innovative programmes that bring transformation and make an impact.

Our main objective is to positively change the history of our communities, create wealth for beneficiaries and future generations by acquiring, owning land and investing in its productivity and creating an enabling environment through sustainable partnerships and income generating initiatives that will bring socio-economic transformation and development of our beneficiaries and communities members. We are committed to achieving this through:
- Socio-economic programmes: we facilitate community development initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for the Land Reform beneficiaries). This is achieved through skills development, enterprise development and offering social welfare services and bursaries to vulnerable groups such as the youth,women, people living with disabilities and people living with HIV/AIDs;
- Linking Commercial farmers to various agri-farming markets for them to participate meaningfully in economic activities that generate income and job opportunities as means of alleviating poverty and unemployment. This will be achieved through funds, set trading companies, purchase movable and immovable properties
- Promoting social justice and human rights advocacy programmes: ensure fair land reform and equal distribution of accrued benefits to all beneficiaries
- Promoting sustainable Livelihoods Programmes – To promote subsistence projects to support beneficiary households.
